...Katrina could be the start of something new in natural disasters pumped up to the extreme due, maybe, to global warming brought about in good part by burning fossil fuels, like those that come out our tailpipes...so to help us all get along until the next one Bush is freeing up petroleum reserves....so we don't skip a beat in bringing on the next big one...sounds about right.
