Bush has an "image" problem where Afro-Americans are concerned...they say he has to mend fences and let them know he didn`t mean to let them drown.

And sure enough, a NEW advisor I never heard of says smoothly that in reality Bush has appointed SO many Blacks to his administration...so he MUST like Black people...will people never learn?
