..and you get articles by Fred Aprim...aina...bethsuryoyo...someone called "freisan"...which is a Christian site...and a whole lot of rank amateurs, all of them of suspicious motives...no one of any academic standing joins in this nonsense...and of course, good old wikipedia, the idiotīs reference source where anyone can "write" anything.

Why is it that no scholars, in the actual field of modern Middle Eastern history which is, after all, where these people live and the times in which they invented themselves, bother with this topic...which, youīd think, if there was an ounce of truth to it, would be a fascinating field for academic and scholarly studies...probably for the same reason no scholar is going to take seriously anyone who claims he is a Gaul...from Gaul, which was stolen by the French, who were really German, but thatīs another topic entirely....and even if you spoke Gaul, that would not make you ethnically a Gaul.

No one takes it seriously because it isnīt a serious topic for research or anything else...only one man, and at that he is one of us, has bothered to get an advanced degree in this field and study any and all documentary evidence relating to the time frame and place where these supposed modern day assyrians discovered themselves..and his conclusion is that they are not only mistaken but politically motivated to spread this junk and worse, teach it to their unoffending children...shame shall be their only portion..and look at them...
