That's true. Turkey also enjoys such "friendly ally" protection and PR. When the Turks bomb the shit out of Qurdish YPG, YPJ, claiming since PKK is on the "terror list" and affiliated to PYD which is the political arm of YPG, bombing and maiming Qurds, Assyrians, Yazidis, Turkoman, etc., in both Northern Syria (Kobane) and Northern Iraq, not a word from our State Dept. Or when neo-Fascist nationalist Turks and their terrorists, the Grey Wolves, go after Qurds in Southeastern Turkey; again, not a single word from our side. But when Russia effectively destroys Da'esh positions, then we must help the "moderates". Today, once again, similar to the last terror attack from Da'esh against communist Turks and Qurds, another blast ripped through Ankara killing Turkish and Qurdish youth:
