During the 60s when Jean Paul Sartre was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature he refused it stating that it supported the the very institution that he always wrote against.

If it was me and I had won a Nobel Peace Prize I would accept it BUT I would use the prize money as a reward for the capture of the world's biggest war criminal George Bush.......that would guarantee me winning two years in a row.
