I used to work with a Mexican woman that had a decent job back home and was doing good. She said during her days she was making more money than in the US and longer vacation. It's a beautiful country. Another Assyrian guy I know is married to Mexican and she wants to go back and he been there twice and also wants to move there with her. He said he was crying the day he was coming back. I was telling them morons I work with that hardly any Mexicans or any Latinos would actually be here if they had their way. These fucks were complaining about illegal immigrants saying they should have a green card or some kind of visa. I kept telling them that they wouldn't even be here if they had it their way. It's because of our own doing that so many come up here. Why would anyone in the right mind just leave his country which is beautiful and one can be with family, speak own language and just suddenly come up here to work for low wages and listen to white people complain.

I doubt many people would be here if things weren't so bad in their countries and that's because of America. What is never mentioned about Cuban refugees is that many of them are economic refugees, not political. Not every Cuban left because of "communism" or Castro but because of the economic condition. Iraqis were at home for most part and even during the Iraq and Iran war. It was only after the gulf war and the sanctions that so many left. I have spoken with many Iraqi refugees, many of them Christians and very new here, and they all tell me they like to go back. Some have even gone back. I know a few who have already went back and others are doing it as well. Other than students and a few guys here and there, most Iraqis stayed home and had no desire to live in Europe or America. Our boys tell us how so many "Assyrians" have fled Iraq but what they don't mention is that most of them stayed until the last two decades and they fled because of wars, not because they were chased out. Aprim can thank his Christian cousins from the west for that.
