If this "Stand your ground law" is effectively passed in other states (mostly Southern and Mid-Western ones with many immigrants and poor Blacks, and young activists, i.e. Occupy groups) to help former home owners getting the shaft, may run into what former workers in bloody and violent past confrontations between workers and factory owners experienced when the owners hired security firms -- known as "Pinkertons" to massacre unarmed workers -- men, women and sometimes childern.
With this historical chapter of labor struggles set as a form of actual (perhaps not legal) precedent, the banks may hire private security firms, like Blackwater or other private contractors or some war veterans looking for work, to shoot demonstrators who are helping evicted home owners by occupying their property. And with the Stand Your Ground (SYG) law, this hired vanguard of the 1% : private contracorts, can shoot the unarmed dmonstrators and members of the Occupy movement, by claiming that they (the well-armed and modern armor wearing 'Knights of Kapitalism') felt threatened by the "violent anarchists" and, in turn, fired back, as it is their Right to ... kill?
