You know how it is. Don't you remember that one corner where old people would almost get hit by cars speeding down the street until one day a little kid hopped its way on the same street and got splattered all over the pavement. One day, they said, someone is reallly gonna get hurt but we won't do something till someone pays with their life. They know the dangers but its none of their kids paying the price. Or if someone's job is in jeopardy.
