Somewhere back in the 1700s a British Parliamentarian rose to explain the difference between "tragedy" and "catastrophe", two words being bandied about in a debate...I´ll paraphrase his explanation using Aprim...."It would be a tragedy if Aprim, who can´t swim, fell into the Thames...it would be a catastrophe if someone fished him out."
