That almost reminds me of when the Christians declared a holy war against the Muslims and Jews during the crusade periods. They were recruiting the filhtiest crimminals and murderes from prison and sending them to war. That was their version of early release from prison, all they had to do is kill, rape, and seize territory. They did the same with the Native Americans as well. They bribe crimminals and send them to war. They are doing the same in Iraq and I am guessing it must be an old Christian White man thing.
