I'm curious how much tax payers dollars are earmarked for yearly allocations for ZOWWA and other groups lobbying for Assyrians. I'm quite aware, for instance, regarding the the Shah supporters who like anti-Castro Cubans, started a lobby in after fleeing from the Revolution and since '79 have offices in Langley and DC (and recently the MEK, de-listed from the terror list) has offices set up near the CIA in Langley and the Congress in DC. All they do is use reports from Human Rights Watch and Amensty and talk about new "strategies" until the next check arrives in the mail (or electronically deposited to their chairman/woman)... It's not a bad gig.
