That's because Spanish has Arabic words in it. There are thousands of words that have Arabic roots. Toro comes from the Arabic "Tor" or "thor" and then as you said "miskin" from Arabic. Saturday(sabbat) in Arabic is same as in Spanish, soap, cow and table are just a few that come to mind. Many of the Spanish words that have "el" come from Arabic which is "al". And our language is a sister language of Arabic so it has the same words as well. Of course Jumbalaya will come on here say the Arabs copied everything from Assyrians and he'll give us the link to his coptic site.
