I was watching the garbage on the news about the parade... what a bunch of shit!! Meanwhile PBS's Frontline had a show about Haditha and how "our boys" went in and massacred unarmed families. These guys lost one soldier due to a roadside bomb and got out their vehicles with blood pumping with exceptional vengeance and started shooting at the first moving bodies in sight. Then they went to the three nearest homes - rolling in grenades first to blast the occupants - then went in full-force and machine-gunned the rest of the household. What they left behind were murdered children, women, men... and no guns, not even the casual Kalashnikov nearby to plant at the scene. Hardly anything to feel heroic about. Obscene.
