Constantine never got baptized until he was at his death bed. I bring this up to Christians and they tell me that's common to die "pure" so he did the right thing. He did all his dirty work and then died "clean" by repenting when it was time to die. The same way Constantine took Christianity is how the American empire, British and other Christians have. It is a very useful weapon.
