....was fear of unions and the labor movement....

Taken from “The Last Lion”, a two volume biography of Winston Churchill by William Manchester
p. 676.....describing events after the end of WW I when Bolsheviks, the Reds, were fighting a civil war against the Tzar's army, the Whites......

“As of New Year's Day, 1919, the Whites were being supported by over 180,000 troops from Britain, France, Italy, Greece, Serbia, Japan, the United States and Czechoslovaks.”

“...being supported by...” is a nice way of saying all these foreign armies were murdering Russians trying to settle their own affairs.

As soon as they stopped killing Germans, the Allies, and some pals, started killing Russians...why? Because they feared what communism stood for, which was basically more power to the working poor...that the Bolsheviks were ruthless in their campaign is not the fault of Marx or communism but the fault of the centuries of misrule by Tzars...just as the French peasants needed no Marx or Jesus to finally rise up and then murder countless aristocrats and anyone else they felt like killing...those in power for centuries who brought their people to such a desperate pass that they would rather risk life itself then continue in subjugation are the ones to blame....just as England blamed Germany for bombing its civilians and retaliate in kind, and far worse in WW II...I don't recall Churchill turning the cheek...instead they determined to give Germany back ten for one in retaliation...can only white Christians retaliate...or feel the need for revenge?

What were all these countries doing invading Russia and taking sides and killing Russians who risked everything to be rid of a ruling class? There was never any threat from thr Soviet Union, rather the threat went the other way; They were the ones who had experienced attacks by United States troops and others...they were the ones who lived in fear of more attacks...yet we again blamed our victim...it was the Soviets who were a "threat" to world peace, when really it was Marxism that threatened capitalist control...just as Chinese communists were the problem, for us, but their warlords starving and oppressing their own people was fine, with us...it seems only some can rebel...can defend themselves...only some families are worth the trouble, and some cities only are worthy of defense....people round the world have to conduct themselves the way WE like them to, or else......
