...we know that both Christianity and Islam are foreign religions to BetNahrain.

...we know that The invading Arabs did not kill Christians because of their religion but in the course of normal warfare and subject to the rules for treating rebellious subjects which all nations adhered to.

..we know the Arabs never forcibly converted any Christians...we know their Quran forbids such a thing.

..we know the term "infidel" as used by Muhammad meant pagan Arabs and that it was only against them that Muhammad told his soldiers to wage total war and kill all who would not convert to Islam.

...we know that Islam has great respect for Jesus and the prophets of the Old Testament.

...we know that Christians, Jews and Persians were considered people of "The Book" and were protected by Islam...if they behaved themselves and conducted themselves as law-abiding citizens..as any nation would expect.

...we know that the choice given to Christians and Jews was not "Islam or the sword" but '"Islam, a poll tax, OR the sword".

..we know that thousands and hundreds of thousands converted willingly to Islam...some because they wished to avoid the tax...others because they simply believed in it and yet others because they thought it wiser to be of the same religion as the ruling class.

,,,we know there is no proof anywhere that Muslims murdered Christians just for their religion or forcibly converted them....we asked for proof and no one was able to produce any.

...we know that Christianity remained in BetNahrain since the Arab Conquest...building churches and tending to its followers...and that the periodic troubles between Muslim and Christian were nowhere near as bloody as the wars between rival Christian factions.

..we know that the small numbers of Christians in the MidEast is not due to massacre or forced conversion but to the peculiarities of the Christian faith itself which discouraged normal human relationships between men and women and people and the state...

...we know that. contrary to what the church says, the religion of Jesus was never wildly popular in the East...we know this because the Christian missionaries who went to China, Japan and India were allowed to preach and establish settlements and yet in the 1500 years that the church has been in those countries there have been no mass conversions or any conversions to speak of and that the number of Christians in those countries today is a result of inbreeding within the religious community...plus a handful of converts.

..we know that the Western Church, with the Imperial Roman Army at its back forcibly converted hundreds of thousands of people...there is ample proof of this...we also know what this church did in the Western Hemisphere and how it murdered people into Christ...created orphans and then "raised" them in the church...we know that without an army at its back,,,,with only missionaries to preach, Christianity has never had any wide appeal...and why would it when it might as well have come from another planet for all the people who were told about it were concerned...people with rich and long-standing cultures and traditions who would NOT have agreed that their own parents and ancestors were rotting in hell for never having heard of Christ or caring much when they did.

..we know the church lies.

...we know that Assyrians converted to Islam in greater numbers than they did to Christianity...

..we know that Christians considered such Assyrians traitors and enemies of their church and want to believe that only those Assyrians who converted to Christ can be REAL Assyrians.

...we know that Muslim Assyrians went on to have a rich culture and history and created yet another glorious civilization with the Great Islamic Empire centered in Baghdad...a few miles from ancient Babylon and that this empire was another in a series stretching back to Sumer and the advent of Sargon the Great and his invading desert tribe and to Babylon and the invading desert tribe of Hammurabi...

..we know that the rich and varied cultures of BetNahrain are what caused it to be called the Cradle of Civilization and we know that the only reason Christian Assyrians resent the Great Islamic Empire that carried on that tradition is because the people organizing, building and DEFENDING it were MUSLIM and not Christian.

...we know that Christians have been welcome in Iraq since the beginning...we know Iraq, a Muslim country, opened its borders in 1915/18 to allow Christians escaping from the Muslims of Iran to settle there.

...we know some Christians believed the British yet again in 1920, after they had been betrayed by them in 1918...and wore British uniforms and killed their own countrymen, the same people who took them in and gave them shelter...and we know that Semele was in retaliation for that act of supreme treachery known as the Levies....

...we know that the Iraqi Army could easily have wiped out all villages but didn't...that they were sending a brutal message to Christians everywhere who might again listen to and work for the British invaders and occupiers if they came back again...as many countries have done and still are, when faced with such threats and acts of treachery from their citizens.

...we know that Christian churches in Baghdad are surrounded my Muslim Assyrians who consider all Iraqis their brothers and sisters, if they behave accordingly...we know when those churches and mosques were bombed that Muslim neighbors and Christian neighbors came together to help one another and express outrage at whoever was responsible.

...we know that it was possible for Christians to have busineses, to work in government and education...we know Tariq Azziz rose to prominance as did Dr Donny George, both Christians...and we know that it was this war brought to Iraq by Christian nations that forced Christians to escape and not anything Saddam did.

..we know that fanatic Christians among us believe they are owed a corner of Iraq and have spoken about it and urged foreign countries to GIVE it to them...we know they prayed for the United States to make war against Iraq because they thought they could realize this fond and foolish wish.

..we know this is sedition and is illegal in every country on the planet...we know they were prosecuted for such beliefs and actions and not persecuted...we know many found themselves unwelcome and decided to leave their homeland because they felt their religion deserved something more...

...we know these rat bastards have gone to the West where they've spread their lies and pleaded for someone to SAVE their fellows back home.

...we know the vast majority Christians still in Iraq wanted only to remain in IRAQ and cared nothing about an Assyria but rather considered all of Iraq` as their nation...we know they were called traitors for this by our fanatics who've labored night and day to make them sorry for it.

..we know thta it is the Christians outside Iraq who are making these claims and for that fact alone, if for no other reason, will never be given anything by anyone...

...we know their continuing to speak out like this only makes life more difficult for those back home...and we know those out of Iraq wish for more martyrs In Iraq...because they feel martyrs will get the sympathy of the West or alarm it enough to "do something".

...we know there are many, many things to discuss and debate...many questions to ask and discoveries to be made...we know Albert is desperately afraid of this and has decided that his own shallowness and fear shall be the norm for the human race....and we reject that notion...especially for Assyrians.
