...you ask, "on what legal, moral " etc.? I'll tell you...on the same legal ground that all International Law is conducted upon and has been since Time began, screw "morality", everybody else does...that would be the universally recognized legal principle that in international relations, possession is 100% of the Law.

..if someone, say the ancient Assyrians, manage to take over someone else' s village, city or country...AND can keep it...then it is legally their's. How the hell do you think they built an empire...by being ASKED???

The same legal principle was used to create an England out of "Albion"...and a Great Britain out of England, Wales, Ireland and Scotland...that same legal principle was used in creating the United States of America out of lands belonging to others since Time began.

This is just the way international relations work...when it comes to relations between nations, the Law of The Jungle still dominates. That's the reason we tried to create a legitimate world body such as the United Nations...which has been bought out by the United States...which is the greatest crimminal where it comes to obeying international law.

The Kurds are simply following in the footsteps of everyone else...if they can keep what they seize...and OF COURSE they seize it "illegally"...who ever GAVE their lands away...then it is THEIRS and is as legitimate as any other theft in history...just as soon as the United States gives back the "historical lands" of the Native Americans...just so soon can you expect to be given "your" lands back. They are not YOURS because you have no way of taking them or keeping them once they were handed down to you...no way but to whine and beg foreign Christians whom you encourage to ATTACK your neighbors and fellow citizens, to give them to you...this will not do.

Besides which, you are no relation at all to the ancient Assyrians...you are a fraud...frauds are fools and knaves and cowards by definition...that is why all you do is cry, beg, whine and attack people's mothers...ALL the people of Iraq are the descendants of the ancient civilizations of BetNahrain..not just you Christians.

You will get nothing from the international community but the contempt you so richly deserve...you LOST...now take what's left of your marbles and go to ANOTHER home. Once there try to build up your moral fiber a bit...allow your children to do more than pray on their knees to a Jew Messiah and maybe the next generations won't NEED a Messiah...certainly not one so fucking inept as Bush!

And STOP condeming intellect and the Arts...Art is the ONLY reason people today respect the ancient people of BetNahrain...your fucking Jew bible slams us every chance it gets...and DON'T tell me how a few Jews said "nice" things about Assyrians...that was ONLY on condition they recognize that putz of a Jew god...which you all DO!!!

...you might also think this over...that no people on earth have been so villified and put upon as the Jews...yet they kept their god...and after millenia spent at Christian mercy, now have their homeland back...you, on the famous other hand, threw away your roots and your ancient god...who even back then was ever more the gentleman than yahwe...in return you've had a safe haven OUTSIDE your homelands..but have been hounded and harrassed inside...and today you have NO homeland...but can go live safely in the rest of the world...it's just taking time for that to sink in...as it is to get the last of you finally OUT of the lands you don't deserve...
