Dear ALL,

As you all know, I have been VERY patient with Pancho, allowing him to write his thoughts for the past month and half, and only asking him to respect every forum participant and follow the rules posted on our homepage. I have been MORE lenient with him on this forum, than ANY other Assyrian forum in history, to no avail. He has been banned from all the rest of Assyrian websites, and this was his last chance to keep writing as he has been for the past month and a half. He chose not follow our rules, and we chose to keep the REST of YOU over Pancho.

Pancho refuses to behave by the standards set forth, as well as to operate as a reasonable person where you can hold a dialogue and reach some sort of understanding through tolerance, dicourse, and concensus. You either have to believe in his BULL, or he will put horns on your head, and I know most of you are beyond such behavior and refuse to stoop to buck horn sor the sake of the "Pancho's Theater of the Absurd."

Pancho is a THUG, and a bully, and has disrespected EVERYONE on this forum equally, and his personal vendetta against me has been apparent to ALL of you from the very first day he started to write on this forum.

I do not really care what lies, distortions, and "insults" he thinks he can hurl against me, but I am NOT going to pay for having a forum for Pancho's rants and raves, ONLY. I asked him repeatedly to respect everyone and the rules, but as you saw first-hand, what his answer was. No ONE can accuse me of being intolerant or undemocratic, because in spite of how I feel about "Pancho" I allowed him to be here, even to the point of maligning me on our very own forum!

This self-indulgent, arrogant, selfish, and manipulative behavior tells you everything there is to know about Pancho. He has a forum of his own where he engages in this sort of TRASH, ALL day long, and calls every Assyrian woman a Brazen hussy, a whore, a prostitute, when he is the biggest one of them all, besides being the biggest con-artist and swindler in the history of the Assyrian nation.

He can sit on his forum as much as he wants and writes filth, lies, and distortions, but not on our forum. Most of you have asked me repeatedly to get rid of him and I didn't because I wanted this space to be a democratic one, where all ideas are tolerated and debated. But we can't have a one-sided debate, where ONLY Pancho speaks and everyone else has to shut up or die! That is not a democracy!

The rest of you, being fair, brotherly, and decent people, refusing to respond to his filth with more filth, chose to leave this forum. We lost more than 50% of our readership and participants because decent people are not going to put up with this sort of behavior. You would have to lower yourselves to his level in order to hold a dialogue with that kind of character, and most of you told me you would not do that!

This process became contrary to the original purpose of this forum. We have the Zowaa forum for Zowaa people. We have the Jerusalem forum for religious issues, and the insideassyria discussion forum of Pancho for all the ANTI-Assyrians. We never had a forum for all the neutral Assyrians who would like to share ideas, hold civil discussions, and learn from one another, which is why we built this website. No sooner did we launch this forum than Pancho took it over and made it his own den of thuggery, insulting, demoralizing, and demeaning people whom he has never met before, where people have absolutely nothing to do with the war in Iraq, or Muslim bashing, or anything else he wants to rant and rave about, lumping everyone in the same category of hatred he has created for his own venomous and hypocritical purpose.

Pancho was given every opportunity the rest of you were given, but as you can see, he thinks he is beyond rules, regulations, decency, and a sense of fairness. In a democracy, the majority rules, and the rest must behave according to standards set by the majority, which Pancho refuses to abide by.

He has not been banned, YET, but we had no choice but to activate the filtration button, where his posts must be approved, BEFORE being released. If he wants to post a legitimate idea without calling people names, harassing and insutling every single poster, then his posts will be approved. If not, then he is history!

I do apologize for all the inconvenience, humiliation and degradation you have had to endure from Pancho, but I promise you no more of that nonsense from this day forward. We gave him a shot, and he shot himself in the mouth!

Those of you who were "entertained" by Pancho are more than welcome to follow him to Hades.
The rest of you can now carry on FREELY, and we will TRY our best to relase all posts as soon as possible.

Other than filtering ALL posts, we would have to move towards a registration system, where everyone has to identify himself/herself before posting on SpeakAssyria.com

P.S. I am leaving Pancho's "Brazen Hussy" post on our forum, as an example of Pancho's behavior and attitude towards women. If you need further demonstration of Pancho's filth, go to his forum and find out WHY there is NOT a single female poster anymore, and how he has called EVERY Assyrian woman that ever participated on his forum a brazen hussy, a whore, a prostitute, simply because she outsmarted him, or because he wanted to justify swindeling her, as in the case of Jackie Bejan.

Whatever political or scholarly disagreements I may have had with people like Jackie Bejan, or Eden Naby, I never ONCE called them brazen hussies or any other filthy name, that includes Pancho's hero, John Joseph. That makes me and all the rest of YOU on this forum better human beings than "Pancho" can ever dream of being.
