Canceling Assyrian New Year’s Parade

Rally in support our Troops

Sunday March 30, 2003 – 2 PM

The Assyrian American National Federation (AANF) has cancelled its 13th annual Assyrian New Year’s Parade, on Sunday April 6, 2003.

Instead, AANF is organizing a rally in support of our AMERICN TROOPS on Sunday March 30, 2003 at 2:00 PM. (Please be there before 2 PM)

This is a rally in which Chicago’s Assyrian American community will show its support of our American Troops and support of Liberating of Iraq.

The rally will take place at Warren Park at 6601 North Western Avenue, in Chicago. The rally is open to the public and everyone is Welcome. Over 3000 Assyrians will attend, as well as numerous federal, state and local elected officials.
