When a child gets sick and hungry, he/she calls for his/her parent/parents. Now, Whom parent/parents shall call upon when they are hungry/unemployed and sick/uninsured?

And, now, a city like Baghdad and a Nation like Iraq that has more than 90% of its citizens jobless, money less, tired, sick, and hungry whom must these people call upon for assistance? The U.N., E.U., U.S., OPEC, NATO, NAFTA, CENTO, G8, and…

Whom????
