They call on the World Bank (aka the Worthless Bastards) and the International Monetary Fund (aka the International Mother Fuckers) to give them high interest loans that will enslave them and their country for generations. In the case of Iraq, they won't call on the WB and/or the IMF at all, because the US is in charge and will call the shots for them.
