I like it! While you're at it, create an endowment for the Arts. My Armenian friend once remarked that 'a people without the arts are a dead people'. She wasn't referring to Assyrians. She was commenting on how Armenians in Iran managed to make being Armenian sexy, to borrow what Fred once said about being Assyrian. She said the cultural clubs are run by 'Dashnaks'(members of an Armenian political party that can be found throughout the Middle East). Although she calls these people inflexible at times(they are very nationalistic), she gives them credit for recognizing the importance of the arts.

I just thought we should learn from others who've been successful without having to reinvent the wheel...
