..of course they won't let him out. He still has his original sentence to serve...plus what they'll tack onto it. The only reason he escaped from prison the first time was because of a clerical error...he was already a flight risk when he was sent up...for running to Lake Tahoe when the FBI came a looking...not only will he NOT be released...he'll be serving the rest of his time in a serious prison...none of these work camps for honor students...this will be hard time.
