xxx OOPS! I don't think your prediction will be right. Sorry. I'm retarded. I misread your post. I thought you were talking about the occupying forces, not the actual citizens of Iraq, being cruel. Anyway, haven't you seen how bad the situation is, even in a few reports, in Iraq? How trigger-happy American troops are accidentally killing so many Iraqi civilians that it just makes the life of the average Iraqi so stressful, that it's not wonder, to me, that Iraqis are acting like that toward each other. When one is under occupation, the occupying forces are ALWAYS to blame for the problems of the occupied, esp. if the occupying forces enter that country promising things that haven't happened yet. The real problem is that there is no legal system/government set up to provide true protection for anyone. The U.S. troops just act like another mafia gang in control of Iraq. That causes the Iraqis to act like they do.
